Mixio Organic offers the option to have the order delivered at home or to a DHL-PostNL collection location near you.

 

Domestic shipping
If the products do not fit through the letterbox, they will be sent via DHL/PostNL parcel delivery. In the case of letter post, the shipping costs are €4.75. Sending a package is from € 6.75 (depending on the weight). For orders outside the Netherlands, different shipping costs apply. Domestic processing and delivery times
We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days. You will always receive a track & trace if you provide your e-mail address. This way you can see exactly when your order will be delivered. Please note we have no control over delivery times or delays. We ship to the mailing address provided at checkout, also listed on your order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. Double check that your address is correct to avoid problems.

 

Returns and Refunds
You can return your product within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. This does not apply to products that are personally tailored or have a limited shelf life. For example: The personal Ayurvedic hair herb mix, Aloe vera gel, honey, etc. We offer service through refund or new products if the contents are broken or the package is lost during shipment. This service does not apply if the package is lost or cannot be used by the customer. For example, because the customer has chosen that the package may be placed somewhere near or around the house by the postal service. We strive for excellent customer service, and it is our intention to provide you with a great experience! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can assist you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we will gladly refund 100% of the purchase price if the product is returned unused and intact, but excluding shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
